You Have Bewitched Me, Body and Soul,...and I Love You

So much has happened, I don't even know where to begin:)

I guess I'll start with "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". I went to the midnight showing last week and waited in line for 5 hours, but I don't waiting that long for a movie, even when sometimes, in the end, it isn't worth it. I really enjoyed the movie, despite the fact that I haven't read any of the books, all the way through; but I still liked it. I have a friend that likes to write his own fan-fiction about Harry Potter, and it's actually really funny. In his story, Professor Snape takes a potion and makes himself 17 years old again so he could "be" with Harry. And while watching the movie, it was so hard not to make gay pairings.
Such as:
Harry Potter & Ron Weasley
Ron & Krum
Harry & Draco
Other supposed couples:
Dumbledore & Magonagall
Harry & Hermione
Ron & Hermione
So, the pairings are pretty funny, but the characters are growing up and, who knows, anything can happen. I just want to see Draco become a total punked out teenager (hott), while everyone else has emo haircuts and gothed out! That would be awesome!
Another note: Ralph Fiennes was really creepy as lord Voldemort, was awesome as usual!

Walk the Line: I went to see "Walk the Line", the same day as Harry Potter, and I could not wait to see this movie. Now, I never really listened to Johnny Cash's music (other than loving a song of his that played at the beginning of the new Dawn of the Dead), but I mostly saw the film for Joaquin Phoenix. I can't remember what movie it was I first noticed him, but I first saw him in "Parenthood". And then, of course, there is Quills! Which rispacooper first had me watch and it is an amazing movie. The altar scene is the hottest scene ever! Anyway, Joaquin wears black again in Walk the Line to play the man in black, and I thought he did an excellent job. He sang and played the guitar and it was great, and I was amazed at Reese Witherspoon. She sang beautifully, and I thought the best parts of the movie were the duets between her and Joaquin.

Another film I saw recently was "Pride and Prejudice", and I absolutely loved it! I never saw the 1995 version with Colin Firth, but of course I love his Darcy from Bridget Jones' Diary (which is based on Pride and Prejudice), but I can't say enough about Matthew Macfayden as Darcy in the new version. I fell in love with him! He was so amazing! I don't want to give anything away, but I loved it when they were standing in the rain, and Darcy is confessing his love for her, and she rejects him because of the pain he caused her sister. I went to see it with my mom, and even she thought he was hot, she even leaned over and told me,"Good thing it was raining". It those eyes!!*HOTT*

rispacooper and I cannot wait until December 9, when Brokeback Mountain comes out. I have been watching the preview, and it just looks like an amazingly beautiful movie. The scenery is gorgeous. Like rispa, I love the part where he smells the jacket and it's sooo sad. Last week I read the short story, which is only about 55 pages, so I read it in one sitting, and it was really good. It was really sad, but I expected that much. And after seeing Donnie Darko, and then Jarhead a few weeks ago with Jake Gylenhaal wearing nothing but a santa hat and a g string, I kind have a thing for him now too. Oh, and by the way, in Jarhead, he wasn't wearin that santa hat on his head. *dies*

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe comes out the same day, and if there is a midnight showing, I will be there, then at Brokeback Mountain later the same day!! If all goes as planned! MUUAAHH HA HA!
HA HA! dangly parts!

So, December is going to be a busy month, between movies, working, and shopping, but I trrrryy to have fun!
